Indikasa offers an online payment option only via Razorpay. When the Buyer/Customer places an order, the Buyer/Customer must provide their exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing the order. This delay could be up to 5 working days or more. An order will only be processed once Indikasa receives full payment in their bank account from the customer. Payment must be made on the date of purchase. Product(s) will not be dispatched for delivery until full payment has been made and the order has been fully processed. The customers will be sent their receipt, pick-up tracking information and other delivery details regarding their order via email/SMS/TeleCalls.

Indikasa reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
